I predict adams will be so tanned up, he'll got shot by a British policeman leaving absolute no brained football manager and lunatic Sven Goran Eriksson to come in. After two weeks Sven is found humping the lady godiva statue and is promptly told he has 2 weeks to go before he is sacked from his £12 million a week contract. He brings in certain signings and decides to shaft City with his only game in charge by playing 1 in defence and resigning Fabian Debec.

Coventry
Gk. Debec (11 shots straight at him, all go in. The other was an own goal he managed to score bizarrley from his own goal kick)
Cb. Ward (stalwart at the back on his own)
Rm. Andrews (Scores all 19, leaving Sid to give a massive rant of 'I told you so')
Cm. Owen Hargeaves (Captain, penalty taker, free kick taker, throw in taker)
Lm. Bischoff (played out of position)
Fd. Michael Owen (Despite the fact his injured Sven signs him on a 3 month contract, proves ineffective)
Fd. Morrell (Get's MOM)
Fd. John
Fd. Adebola
Fd. McSheffrey (walks off after 5 minutes when he realises Hargeaves takes everything. Game delayed for 5 minutes as McSheff takes his ball home with him in a strop)
Fd. Richard Shaw (resigned after a petition headed by Realist)

Sub.
Fd. Walcott (Doesn't come on)

City win the match 19-12, and Sven is considered a tactical genius, keeps his job and is bummed by everyone who doesn't have a clue.

City get relegated later that season

I would like to point out that for the first game last season I got to the ground with plenty of time to spare.

Then realised I had left tickets in car so went back to Hell Lane Social and still got back to ground in time for kick off (ish).

I remember. Mine was one of the tickets.

Should be a good chance of a record attendance for this years opening game. You'd think Sunderland would sell their allocation.

Na, doubt it will be half full. No need to rush, leave Hell Lane at five to and job done.

I find that the "captain" isn't quite as repulsive.
