One of the worst days to be a city fan (and there have been plenty), horrible day, small compact ground, good following yet the players never looked up for it. Scrappy game that to be honest we deserved to lose rather than us being unlucky. Seem to remember that the car trip home took forever and all there was on the radio was talk of the game.

I wasn't at this game, but the defeat at Cambridge will take some beating for me, it felt like a long drive home.

Was that when Lee Hirst blasted Dublins pen into his own goal in the last couple of minutes? Yes that was a stinker!

That's the one. Billing grabbed the referee in a headlock in the tunnel after the game.

Indeed but the ref was an easier option - you cant go blaming the players you know. If might break the poor little mites confidence.

I think yesterday ranks as low as anything as it was at home. Away at a small ground with a bump ridden pitch you can make excuses but there can be no excuse for yesterday. Shocking.

PS....I saw that result coming from a country mile....which is why my betfair account balance looks very healthy...
....until next weekend !!

PPS: Elvis has got to leave the building now surely......his win ratio is making our previous managers look like world-beaters......

Put Oggy in charge.....at least hes cheap as fuck.....and in 12 months time, we can all boo him too....the bent nose ex-dibble ****
......waiting for the great leap forwards [smilie=icon_paper.gif]
