Does it really change anything?

Whole thing is a mess and will not get sorted for some time and probably not until the club drops out of the league or goes into admin. The only sustainable option is to put a football club together with a stadium but that just isnt going to happen with the current owners of both halves.

I think it will. SISU know now they will never get their hands on the prize. This was their final chance and and the Judge poured scorn all over them.

Lets see how fast the new ground will now be built  I think its only a matter of time before they pack up and leave. The question is, will there be anything of CCFC left to save. Can't wait to hear from the football league what they think 8)

The official statement says they will apply for leave to appeal. So we will be no further forward in another 12 months time. It's an absolute farce.

there will not be any appeal unless they can magic up new evidence. The courts judgement is too damming. Their days are over just have to see what will rise from the ashes 8)

looking at the picture of the artists impression of the 'new ground' in the CET. I would say the only spot on part is the number of fans around it

as I said, there will not be an appeal. It is only a matter of time before they cut and run, just hope there is something is left to save.

I think this will be SISU's get out clause to get us back to the Ricoh.

Now the judge has knocked back their appeal and the FL meeting soon, when/if the FL state how much needs to be paid, expect a statement from SISU something like "Having wrongly lost the chance to appeal blah blah blah we have decided to to pay X amount of money to ACL as stated by FL" now can we move back to the Ricoh please.

the club we knew was finished the moment they put the circus on the road. I really have gone past caring whilst these wankers run whats left into the ground. They had weeks to lodge the appeal, so why wait until 1 hour before the deadline? Any fool who still pays to go to watch the team must now see the contempt the owners hold you in.
